Feel better in the comfort of your own home. We specialise in care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals. Whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to ageing, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our Nurses will provide an individualised service that you can trust.
We believe in an holistic approach when giving care and know how important it is that our loved ones are cared for mentally physically and emotionally!
We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualised care plan that fits your specific needs.
As an NDIS participant, you naturally want your funding to go as far as possible. When you sign up for disability support as a Holistic customer, you benefit in multiple ways. You get greater value, more choice and better control.
What is the difference between NDIA agency managed, plan managed and self managed?
NDIA managed – the NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency) will manage your NDIS funding. You are only able to use NDIS registered providers, to provide your supports.
Plan managed – gives you more control over how you spend your funding as you can receive supports from service providers who are both registered and not registered with the NDIS. Your funding is managed by an NDIS registered plan manager, who will make payments for these services on your behalf.
Self managed – gives you the greatest control over how you spend your funding. You can receive supports from service providers who are both registered, and not registered, with the NDIS and can directly employ support workers. You will also be responsible for the financial and administrative side of your plan. You will need to create a specific bank account for this purpose.
Holistic Nursing works for two types of NDIS participants Self managed and Plan Managed.
Recovering from home after surgery can limit you with your daily activities. Whether you are recovering from major surgery, childbirth, or plastic surgery, our compassionate nurses can assist you to a healthy and complete recovery.
Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our nurses can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.
Our experienced and highly trained and qualified nurses provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
